• Enable you to focus on the content of your paper.
• Format your article to each and every requirement for the journal you selected for submission.
• Finish the service in a timely manner and offer expedited service if you are really in a hurry to publish.
• Provide you a proof of your article, so that you can check all of its components one last time prior to submission.
• Once your paper has been submitted, you will notice the difference in the amount of time it took you to submit this paper, compared to the previous paper you submitted for publication prior to using our service.

• We will not write your paper.  That is up to you.  We are not ghost writers, nor do we believe that one person should write a peer-reviewed paper for another.  Thus, we expect that we will receive your abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, references, and all other components of your paper in whatever format that you choose to send to us.
• Please select your journal(s) of interest.  We do not make recommendations for the journal(s) for you to submit your paper.  We would encourage you to review journals at PubMed or other preferred sources to help you make that decision.
• We ask you to know the word, character, and other content-specific limits for the abstract and main body of the paper, as we need to make sure that your paper conforms to these guidelines.  We do not edit your abstract down to 200 words because you gave us 230, nor can we remove 10 references because you included 50, instead of the required 40.  Thus, we still need you to understand and adhere to the content-specific requirements that are dependent on you.

1. Pay as you go for each article as you need it formatted. We charge $99 to format your article. For a limited time, our introductory price is $79. Your article will be formatted and ready for you to submit within 3 days of submitting your content. If you are in a rush and need your article submitted sooner, we will charge you an extra 10%. Remember that we need you to adhere to the content limitations noted above. If your article is rejected and you decide to submit to another journal, then we will give you subsequent 5% discounts on each successive submission until your article is published. If you are a student, then we are pleased to offer you a 20% discount off the regular retail price. We know that it can be a challenge to meet all of your financial obligations while you are going through your training.

2. If you are a prolific author, then our batch price might be more suitable for you. For $699 per year, you can receive up to 10 formatted articles for submission. For a limited time, you can receive 10% off the regular batch price. In addition, if you decide you need to format more than 10 articles in one year, then we will provide you with the option of pay as you go for $79 per article or will give you a 10% discount on the renewal of 10 more articles. In addition, the 20% discount applies to students for the batch price as well.

While our basic formatting service does not include English reviewing and editing, we are happy to offer that service as well.  If English is not your native language, and you feel like you need help with translation, grammar and style, then we can provide that for you.

For an additional $200 per article, we offer our premium service that includes assistance with proofreading, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.  You will be required to review and approve any recommendations we make prior to submission.  If you would like the premium service as part of the batch price for 10 articles per year, then we will charge an additional $175 per article.

If you feel that you need a consultation to help you with any aspects of scientific writing, conducting your research study, writing your protocol for IRB approval, presenting your findings at a conference, then we offer additional services by Dr. John E. Lewis.  You can leverage his more than 25 years of conducting research and publishing the findings from those studies to help you become a better researcher and writer.  You can have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized information and instruction to make sure you have the most successful outcomes.  In addition, Dr. Lewis is available for group presentations on any of these related topics.

For professionals, the fee is $350/hour for either an individual session or a group meeting.  For students, the fee is $175/hour.
