We have created a proprietary method to handle all of the formatting requirements necessary for your paper to be submitted to the journal. If that is not good enough, prior to sending your paper back to you for submission to the journal, we also manually review it by one of our team members to ensure that all requirements have been properly applied.

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied, then you can request a full refund with no questions asked. We will give you your money back without question. It is that simple. If you are so dissatisfied, then we will endeavor to understand why we failed to deliver and how we can improve our service. If you ever have any questions about our service, please e-mail us at support@AuthorshipServices.com, and we will respond in a timely manner.

If within 30 days of buying the single service you decide you would like to go ahead and buy the bundled plan, then we will apply the amount you paid for the single service to the bundled service. Please do not delay your decision!

If you have not completed your submission to us and if you have not exported your paper yet for submission to the journal, then you still have time to make changes to your paper. However, once you export your paper for submission to the journal, at that point our service has been performed. If you decide that you need to either change the paper, change the target journal, etc., then we are happy to offer you a 25% discount on your purchase of a new service to reformat the modified version of the paper.

We appreciate any referral you would like to make to us! We do not have an affiliate program at this time. However, if you refer a friend or colleague who purchases our service, then we would be happy to offer you a free article submission for each person who does. Make sure your referral provides your name in his/her registration, so that we can properly credit you.
